REFUNDS and RETURNS
We are an artisanal brand and all our products are handmade by artisans at the very grassroots level. We make all the efforts to ensure quality standards are maintained and are unable to offer No Questions Asked Refunds or Returns.
In the rare event that you receive a wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a damaged item, then, we will replace it free of charge. We will arrange the pick-up and dispatch the replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse.
On the rare occasion that you may wish to return or exchange a product, the following policies apply:-
- Kindly note, as a company policy, we do not make cash refunds. We are happy to offer you a refund in the form of a store credit or a coupon code which can be redeemed on our online store within a period of 30 days.
- Please note that any additional charges, such as COD charges or shipping fees are not reimbursed.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
We try our best to give you all the information about our products, sizing, materials when you make your purchase. However, in a one-off case that you may need to exchange a product, please note:
If you need to exchange a size, please raise a request by an email to care@abigindianstory.com We'll arrange the pick-up and dispatch the desired size replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse. (not applicable for sale items)
For exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the product tags intact. Please ensure to return the order along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the pair.
Free exchanges are only offered ONE time and only for apparel or footwear size exchange. **Please note that while the first exchange is free of cost, however in the case of multiple exchanges, the shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
For bags, return pickups or exchanges, there may be logistics fees chargeable as bags are voluminous and return logistics partners charge us very highly for returns.
**Products bought as part of a set, combo or duo cannot be returned/ exchanged individually.
** Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. In some cases, we may make an exception however the return logistics charges will be borne by the customer.
RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
If you need to raise a return or exchange request, please do so within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note:
- Product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damages.
- Product should be in the original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are only eligible for exchange and not returns.
CANCELLATION REQUEST
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do it for you.Your payment amount would be refunded to your account / card within 3-4 working days. If your request reaches us beyond 24 hours, a transaction fee of 10% of the order value would be deducted from the refund amount.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order cancellation request.
FREE GIFTS / PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Any free gifts / vouchers may be sent separately or along with the product, depending on stock availability. The company reserves the right to change the freebies or offers depending on availability.
