Shipping Returns and Cancellation

Returns Policy

We give top-most priority to quality. But due to any reason if you are unhappy with our product we are committed to help you with flexible and easy return policy.
You are eligible to get a full refund of money in case of any one of the following

  1. We have shipped a wrong product
  2. There is a manufacturing defect
  3. The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement

Conditions for Refund
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack cannot be returned individually.

What you need to do
All you need to do is to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at team@abigindianstory.com and sending us an image of the concerned product.
Once you have done that, simply wait for our email authorizing the return with a return ID. Once authorized by us, the product has to be returned, and should reach us within 7 working days from the authorization mail. On receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and if found in unused and good condition, we will initiate the refund amount which will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
For returning the product you will need to courier the product to us and share the tracking details on team@abigindianstory.com along with your return ID.

We would reimburse the return courier charges as per actual cost incurred. To ensure that we share the same information, do send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt (without any overwriting on the amount) as soon as the package is couriered.

 Shipping Policy

It takes between 3-7 working days for us to ship your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site. We have tied up with leading logistics companies to ensure that your product reaches you as swiftly as possible. The goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and within 10-15 working days for all deliveries outside India. On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used.

Delivery area

We deliver to all cities in India and Overseas. (Additional delivery charges may be applicable in some cases. This will be notified to you at the time of your purchase)

Charges

Free Shipping for all orders above Rs.500 within India.

For orders below Rupees 500 within India a flat charge of Rupees 50 will be applicable as shipping charge. You will also be notified of this charge or any other charges if applicable at the time of check-out/payment.

 For deliveries outside India, there is no flat rate applicable. Depending on your order value, size of the product, weight and location, charges will be applicable. You will be notified of the shipping charge at the time of your purchase.

Delivery times

It takes between 3-7 working days for us to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site. Estimated delivery times are available from the moment you place your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched by our logistics team, an email will automatically be sent to you with courier tracking details. In case you face any issues with tracking your product, please do write to us with your order ID and we will help you with the exact status of your shipment.

Cancellation Policy
It may sometimes happen that due to unavoidable reasons we may have to cancel your order in cases of limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.
We are certain you will never need to cancel your purchase but since most of our products and single exclusive pieces we discourage cancellations once the product has been bought. However if there is a genuine reason for your need to cancel you may write to us at team@abigindianstory.com with your reason and the decision to accept solely remains with us. Your request for cancellation must reach us within 24 hours of the transaction.
