Because our products are handcrafted, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in colour, print placement, texture, and finish are all part of what makes handmade products so special.

We like to think of them as little reminders that a real person made something just for you. That said, if something isn't quite right, don't worry. We're a friendly bunch, and we'll always do our best to help.

Something Wrong With Your Order?
First of all, we're really sorry.
While every ABIS product goes through multiple quality checks before leaving our workshop, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you've received:

• A damaged item

• The wrong product

• A manufacturing defect 

Simply let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. In fact, the sooner you tell us, the easier it is for us to catch the courier trail and resolve things quickly.

Need an Exchange?
Let's be honest — online shopping can sometimes be tricky.

Our young (and slightly obsessive 😄) team has spent countless hours photographing products, writing detailed descriptions, measuring every pocket, and answering every question we can think of, all to help you make the right choice.
But hey, we're all human. Sometimes a product may look different in your imagination, or perhaps you simply change your mind. No worries. We're a friendly bunch. If you'd like to exchange your product, we'll be happy to help.
One exchange is permitted per order. Return shipping charges will apply.
The product must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Why Don't We Offer Cash Refunds?

Unlike large marketplaces, every ABIS product is handcrafted in small batches and made possible through the work of artisan communities across India.
As a small independent brand, cash refunds make it difficult for us to maintain fair and consistent work for the people behind every product.
For this reason, eligible returns are issued as store credit, which can be used anytime on our website.

Why do we ask you to contact us within 24 hours?
Not because we're trying to make life difficult 😊
We simply want to act quickly while the courier shipment is still traceable and any issues can be resolved smoothly.
